Living within the mountain shadows often presents one with a continuing panorama of wondrous sights.  This morning provided me with an especially beautiful and unusual one.

            Looking out of our living room window I noticed the dew drops sprinkled across the tips of grass on our lawn were sparkling in the morning sunshine like tiny diamonds; glistening diamonds in rainbow colors that glinted all of the colors as the morning breeze gently swayed the blades of grass.

            And so again I had sufficient reason to be grateful that I live within a mountain’s shadow.
