Dr. Mosher gave an update on the child in Catheys Valley with Meningitis saying that the child is home and doing well and reiterated that it was not the contagious form of Meningitis.


A letter was sent to Yosemite National Park from the Board of Supervisors supporting a delay in the planned park admissions fees in January 2008.


A Power Point demo was given by Kay Hutmacher, a Landscape Architect for Sierra Designs on how the new Don Pedro Wastewater Facility will look like with the landscaping that will be put in and paid for by the users of the facility in Don Pedro.

Adopted a resolution that all employees hired after May 1, 2007 will come under the new Health Benefits Vesting Requirements that the county adopted in November / December 2006. The new Fire Chief is the only employee affected by this as he will be in the old vesting of five years and full benefits!
