Yosemite Valley:
Sunny, with a high near 64. East southeast wind 5 to 13 mph becoming west southwest. Tonight: Mostly clear, with a low around 36. West southwest wind at 8 mph becoming east southeast.
 

On This Day In:

1952: Big late-season snowfall in the Sierra: Grant Grove recorded 37 inches of snow in a 24 hour period, second time in this month that 30 inches or more of snow was recorded in 24 hours. Total snowfall for the month here was 168" making it the snowiest month ever at this location.

Yesterday: Bright sunshine and clouds yesterday over the region with White Wolf at 8,000 feet taking the warm spot in the area as White Wolf warmed up twenty two degrees from Saturday's high temps to top out at 62 degrees for the Sunday high temp. Merced at 61 degrees was right behind White Wolf for daily high temp. Merced was four degrees warmer on Sunday than Saturday's high temps. Mariposa at 56 degrees was warmer by three degrees from Saturday's high temps and Yosemite came in at 60 degrees, a nine degree rise in high temps over Saturday's highs for Yosemite Valley.





Merced Enjoyed A High Temp Of 61 Degrees.
Mariposa Had A High Temp Of 56 Degrees.
Yosemite National Park Had A High Temp Of 60 Degrees.
White Wolf Had A High Temp Of 62 Degrees.
