It smelled good! It looked good! It tasted good! The 2nd Annual
Blazin' Hog Bar-B-Que Competition and Zydeco Music Festival could
be counted as a great success by the beautiful day and the number
of people that turned out. Walking around and tasting the Bar-B-Que was one of the big events of the day. The
rule of the thumb at the Music Festival was just having fun. The folks that weren't dancing were tapping their
feet and clapping. There were all ages on the dance slab swinging to the music.
The event was a benefit for John C Fremont Hospital. It was
supported by a large number of businesses plus the price of admission at the gate.
