With the high topping out yesterday at under 60 degrees and a low of 36.9 we filled the woodstove and had a nice fire last night !
Thought we were done for the season, but it felt really good with the fire going, we could have used some marshmallows !!
We even had just a couple of drops of rain in the afternoon hours as they sizzled on top of the BBQ lid. |

Before the week gets away from me and I forget, I wanted to mention that last Saturday at the Mariposa Gem and Mineral Club store a lady came in looking for help with identification with some rocks. Her name is Carolyn Feroben a very nice and friendly lady who is the owner - webmaster of
