Before the day gets by us, I wanted to say what the bare spot in the photo from yesterday was that no one answered correctly.
That is where the new church is going up, just off of 49 North by CDF !! |

Well the election is over and the people have spoken, well some of the people as only about 48% of the registered voters in Mariposa County voted!
The school bond was defeated although it was a close race and District 1 appears to have a new Supervisor in another close race.
Although these results are not certified yet and changes could take place.
Something to think about !
Mariposa County is home to between 17,000 and 18,000 residents and about 5,500 residents voted!
Resulting in 30% of the citizens having the say in what happens in the county !!
