Lions Club Car Show In Mariposa 2006

On a very warm Saturday in June the Lions Club held their
Annual Classic Car and Craft Show at the Courthouse
in Mariposa.
The above car built in the 1930's by Ford was lowered
low to the ground and painted a deep black with
gleaming chrome accents !

It is going to be a scorcher today. As of 3:30 AM it is still 79 degrees up here !!
Remember ! Be safe drink plenty of water, watch out for people and animals in trouble today and in the next few days as this heat stays with us.
A life long citizen told me yesterday at the car show that this is the hottest June he can remember !
