Today is the one year anniversary of Katrina. Watch the specials on television, read the internet newspapers. Never forget what happened down there and is still happening today. Why, have we let these people down ? FEMA has spent over $300,000,000.00 for trailers that sit in Arizona bacause they now say that the residents cannot have trailers because they live in a flood zone. What if this was you? Or your family? Have you seen the streets down there? This is a disgrace to the whole country as the world watches how good we take care of each other.

What can you do about it ? Vote for changes, we need to get people who know what they are doing in the right positions. Why were people in positions that they had no experience in ? People need to be held accountable. Who ordered those trailers ? Fire them, without any pension benefits !! Where was the military during all this time, it was a national disaster and still is. Why are those streets still full of debris ? Because we let it !!
