A gorgeous morning in Bootjack, California after
the rain yesterday cleared the air, the clouds moved on
and the morning sun rises over the Sierra Nevada
casting a warm glow on the town and the
surrounding countryside.

Take your pick, there are a lot of things to do. One special item: That big frog that sits out in front of that restaurant in Angels Camp is going into storage as a bypass takes over the property. ( What is the name of that song by Joni Mitchell about parking lots ? ) Sunday is the last day for the restaurant, so take a trip, bring your camera and take some photos as the place becomes memories and history.
