Clear Skies Over Mariposa, California

" Clear Skies, Cold Nights "

In a cloud all day as the outside temps kept dropping,
then a brief period of snow, the skies cleared for a gorgeous
sunset and a promise of cold nighttime temps for the mountains.

A clear and cold Friday morning as the low temp up here reached down to 23 degrees !

Colder Temps tonight in the forecast.
Wrap those pipes, keep the woodstove hot and something warm in the house to drink !

The weekend is here, watch out for icy roads, Yosemite shoud be great photo weather as the cold mist lies in the meadows in the morning hours creating a very cold looking photo.
Carry your chains !

Our hummingbird feeder is frozen, we need some way to keep it from freezing up.
Some sort of battery with a few coils of wire.
