Mount Watkins in Yosemite National Park

Mount Watkins at an elevation of over 8,200 feet towers above
the boulder strewn Tenaya Creek in Yosemite National Park.
Mount Watkins is named for Carleton Watkins, a famous early
Yosemite photographer who took large glass plate negatives
of the area in the 1860's.
