Nevada Falls In Yosemite National Park

' Nevada Falls ! '

Nevada Falls in Yosemite National Park in July of 2006 had a lot of water
cascading over the top of the falls as the snow melt was still continuing!
Looking at the Merced River flows down at Briceburg, Nevada Falls
this year must not have near the water as in this photo.

The distinctive geological feature to the left of the fall is known as "Liberty Cap" . The symbolic shape would have been recognizable to earlier generations.
