' A Room With A View ! '
It was a year ago this weekend that the members of the Mariposa Gem and
Mineral Club made a trip up the 120 through Yosemite National Park and
visited Bennettville, California at an elevation of almost 10,000 feet!
Our expedition was led by an energetic Mickey Shortt who works for the National Park Service. He pointed out flora and fauna to us and explained
the history on this old mining community!
