Arriving in Coulterville, California from Mariposa on Highway 49
North in the good old days!
Follow the road along the curve, look behind the road signs, see
that dark car, is that the Highway Patrol waiting for someone in a
fast Ford to come sweeping around that corner?
The Jeffrey Hotel looks much better today thanks to the hard work of
Peter & Cherylann Schimmelfennig, the proprietors of the Jeffrey.
