Buyers and Sellers!
Saturday and Sunday at the Fairgrounds in Mariposa County a group of people came together with a common interest. Gems, Minerals and Rocks were on most peoples topics of conversation, either to learn or to buy that special specimen that was at the show. Gold was also a big topic as two fine specimens were included in the raffle that filled up the Mariposa Gem and Mineral Club raffle wheel with the most tickets that anyone could remember! In the above photo as the show was slowly coming to an end at around four in the afternoon on Sunday, people were still looking for that special something to take home to put in the display case or to wear.
