Bennettville! <BR>Up in the high country on the East side of Yosemite National Park lies Bennettville, an old mining community that operated during the winter months at 10,000+ feet of elevation. <BR>Although there were many promises that the silver was just a few more feet inside the mountain, the enterprise eventually went bankrupt and the silver still waits in the mountain to be discovered.
