Yosemite Waterfalls!
Vernal Fall (In the foreground) and Nevada Fall still have a flow to them as the snow in the high country continues to melt during the middle of July. One of the popular hiking trails in Yosemite, one can climb the Mist Trail to Vernal Fall and then continue on to Nevada Fall and come back down a dirt path that is part of the John Muir Trail. Fill up your water bottles at the bridge before you get to Vernal Fall.
Bring a lot of water if doing this hike in the summer months.
This photo was taken from Washburn Point on the Glacier Point Road, where you can see one of the most spectacular views of the Yosemite high country just a few steps from your car.
