The Blues In Mariposa!
Mike Hammar & The Nails brought the Blues to a full house of locals and tourists in the Arts Park in downtown Mariposa last night. It was the last free concert of the season and the Nail's played into the late evening hours.
Earlier, Candy O'Donnell Brown, President of the Mariposa County Arts Council made an Official Dedication for the new Mural that was donated by Ron Wiley of the Pizza Factory and assembled by Dave Gerken and many others. Supervisor Janet Bibby also thanked everyone for the mural and noted how in the daylight the mural 'Pops' out at you because of the bright colors as one enters Mariposa from the South.
