Trophy Winner!
Morgan Pearson of Mariposa raised over $500 during the Annual Kick-A-Thon that was held at the Mariposa Martial Arts Academy. He visited almost every merchant in Mariposa to sponsor him for the Kick-A-Thon. By being the top fundraiser he was presented with a trophy yesterday at the Academy that was taller than him! Morgan along with others raised over $4,500, double the amount that the event was expected to bring in. The money was turned into Thanksgiving Baskets for almost 100 families in Mariposa that was distributed yesterday at the Mariposa Martial Arts Academy.
