A big Moon was rising over the Sierra Range yesterday during the late afternoon hours. But the biggest Moon (Closest to Earth) since 1993 will be rising tonight and if you miss the Moon tonight you will have to wait until 2016. <BR>This photo was captured as a thin wisp of a cloud moved in front of the moon for a few seconds.
