Full Bar! <BR>Not only was it a full bar at the Mariposa Brewing Company on the evening of January 27, 2009 but the whole brewery was full as the Mariposa Chamber of Commerce held a Mixer at the newly opened brewery. <BR>In the photo, owner Steve Lach was mentioning how the water from the Sierra Nevada comes out of a spring in the building and then is triple filtered before the brewing process is begun. <BR>You can become a member of the 'Founders Club' of the Mariposa Brewing Company on their website: Mariposa Brewing Company or stop in at the brewery located at 5004 Fairgrounds Drive, Mariposa, CA.
