Good Medicine at the Arts Park in Mariposa

The band Good Medicine from North Fork presented a fabulous performance at the Mariposa Arts Park on Saturday evening under a sky that was filled with pasted colored reds and orange as the sun set in the West.

In the above photo Debbie Sipes (One half of Good Medicine) on Acoustic Guitar and Ronnie Sweeting from Mariposa, who goes the extra mile to keep the Mariposa Evenings running smoothly, play together on one of the evenings songs.

Good Medicine was Cousin Jack's favorite band and they were back for the 17th year in a row at the Arts Park. The show ended with Debbie Sipes giving a moving performance of Amazing Grace first in the Cherokee language and then in the English language with the crowd singing along.
It was not to be missed.
