Happy Thanksgiving
At the Mariposa Martial Arts Academy everyone, including this young helper in the above photo who was placing everything in the boxes very carefully, was busy on Thanksgiving Eve as over 130 complete Turkey Dinners were assembled and then distributed throughout Mariposa County.
With over $3,000 raised from the Kick-A-Thon and donations from very generous Mariposa residents along with the Merced Food Bank the boxes were filled with everything from the roasting pan for the turkey to the Pumpkin Pie.
