Snow At Badger Pass In Yosemite, Yosemite Photos,Yosemite 2005

With a trip to Badger Pass yesterday, to see the snow depth,
the amount of fresh powder and clear blue skies
was a delight to behold.

Badger Pass close's tomorrow. Hard to believe after viewing the amount of cars that were there yesterday.Looking at this photo of the roof of the ski lodge, one would think they could go for a few more weeks, especially with more storms still blowing into California. If I was a season pass holder I would be very upset after spending about $300.00 and being told "were closed". Also the other resorts are still staying open. I wonder what government official, who is supposed to be looking out for us, the citizens who pay them, decided it was time to close? Thus deriving the government of much needed income.
