Enjoy the morning because it could get wet for the next few days. What a year for wildflowers it has been in Mariposa. The weather service predicts a foot of snow for the high country.Tioga pass will open when? Do not think they will have it open for Memorial Day. If it keeps snowing maybe not till Labor Day.The little fat marmots up there must be getting hungry by now.

and not just wildflowers in mariposa. did you get the picture i attached to the GG of the flowers at carrizo plains?

i ain't never seed nothin like that afore!

that's a great action picture of the rafters. good job!

The photo was fantastic of those plains.Do a internet search for those plains and more photos will pop up, but nothing to match that one.
