Morning Grizzy, back to yesterday, yes paddleboats have feelings, and the yellow one I think is always chosen first because it has a sunny disposition (kind of like you). Pinecrest lake is above Sonora (appx. 35 miles) heading East on Highway 108. It can get real crowded on the weekends, but is a great place for kids, they show movies at night on a outdoor screen for the kids and adults who still have energy after playing all day long. Yes the site Jewelry by Yvonne is still in the testing phase and is almost ready to go live. Soon I hope. Other than that is is kind of sounding like the special paper that we keep waiting for from you know who! We have so many sticks in the fire, we have to always pull the hottest one out first. No,what I mean? Patterson turned out real good, Yvonne was real busy and the weather was great. A little windy but not very hot, so the Fiesta had a good turnout. We will go back again next year, also met other vendors telling us of upcoming events, so it could be a real busy summer. |

The Goldrushcam is looking for older photos of the Mariposa,Oakhurst and Sonora area to use on the web site. We are looking for photos from the 1950's through the 1970's to compare with how the area is today. All photos would be scanned and returned to the owner. If you would like to contribute to this, please send an e-mail to general@goldrushcam.com
