Stevens Bar Bridge, Sonora Photos,Sonora 2005

The Stevens Bar Bridge is just north of the Highway 120/ 49
intersection on the Jacksonville/ Stent Rd.
It allows access over Don Pedro Lake in the Tuolumne
River Canyon, as a shortcut to Jamestown from Coulterville.

what a great couple of pictures and bits of history. i had never heard of the stevens bar bridge and the next time we get over that way, we'll take a look. it's a beautiful chunk of scenery! and it's sure great to see some water under the bridges. i'll bet the mosquitos are in bug heaven!
