Good morning Richard,
in reply to your questions from yesterday,usually on Friday morning I will post what is happening on the weekend in the area. Yes Mariposa Evenings at the Arts Park is still going on, The finale is supposed to be announced this Saturday night and with the Mariposa County Fair next weekend, just maybe that will be the final weekend.
Okay, this Friday night at the Mariposa Arts Park the band "Friends Indeed" will play rock and roll, celtic and folk music.
Saturday night will have the band "Mike Hammer and the Nails' playing the blues.
All performances are free but tips are appreciated. The music starts at about 7:00 PM, next to the Pizza Factory in Downtown Mariposa.
Come to town early, look in the shops, eat a good meal at one of the restaurants, then relax at the park and listen to the music. |

Morning Grizzy, about that cow, my knowledge of cows is very limited to drinking milk from them.
Yes, you are right,the big cow in the back is a Brahma,a male I think.
I hope we do not go back to the hot weather we had. Hopefully Old Man Winter has had a little talk with Mother Nature about these summer temperatures and told her to just chill out! |
