Well another day out in the gold mines today. Wish us much luck and many nuggets. Lord knows we need it, (The luck that is) although a little help with the nuggets would be nice |

Here is an article from the Detroit News about deer and cars. There is good information at the bottom of the article about deer and their behavior. Maybe it will help one of us one day. http://www.detnews.com/2005/commuting/0510/18/A02-352228.htm |

Is anyone out there interested in combining photography and hiking or backpacking/snowshoeing/moderate climbing, in and around Yosemite?

Hi Jerry & Yvonne, I like the necklace and the photos are great. Haven't seen Evergreen Lodge since they completed the upgrades - sure looks nice. Can you add information about the Turlock Gem Show onto your site to let you mountain dwellers know what's going on down in the valley? Terry in Modesto |

keith asked, "is anyone interested ...?" not if we have to carry THAT much stuff! plus you know the little kid is going to get tired and want to be carried. great picture of indian rock arch. you said it was "one of two" in the park. i don't think "arch rock" qualifies as a real arch, does it? it shouldn't - it's just a couple of big rocks that happened to fall on top of each other. |
