Half Dome In Yosemite National Park On A Winter Morning,Yosemite Photos,Yosemite 2005

As this photo shows, the roads in Yosemite can be very
slippery during the winter months.
Some roads never get any sun on them during the day.
Take your time driving in the park, Half Dome is
not going anywhere, it will wait to have it's
photo taken.
Carry your chains, you can be refused entry into
Yosemite National Park for not having chains !

Morning Grizzy, yes the photo from yesterday was very spooky, I was going to keep it until next October but I could not wait.
The moon kept hiding in the fog or was it a mist coming up from the moors?
And a cold chill was in the air as I waited patiently for the moon to reappear.
You could feel the silence up there, it was so quiet.
I was glad to get in the Goldrushcam Car and hear the engine as it started.
