A Mariposa Sunrise Before The Rain Moves In,Mariposa Photos,Mariposa 2005

Mariposa residents maybe will not see a sunrise
like this again until after the New Year with the
series of storms that are lined up in the Pacific.
This photo was taken the morning after Christmas
just as the sun was rising for the day.

Here is a photo of Signal Peak with just a light dusting of snow at an elevation of almost 7,000 ft., also taken the day after Christmas in the early morning hours.
