A Deer Tired From The Rain,Mariposa Photos,Mariposa 2006

With over 6.5 inches of rain in the past
four days even this deer is looking
like she is tired of the weather as she
hunkers down to wait for some sunshine.

Late post today due to what the computer likes to do every once in awhile, as in showing me who is the boss !

WOW, four days of rain with over 6.5 inches of the wet stuff. No wonder this doe is looking like she is tired of it. Even had a little bit of wind, with the highest recorded gust for today at 37 MPH. We received over half of a normal January amount of rainfall in the past two days !

Watch out for that Valley Fog in the next few days unless a wind comes up as we are supposed to dry out for a few days with no rain in the forecast.
