The morning fog dips and dives reaching into the lowlands
of Mariposa County.
This photo was taken this morning just as the sun
was rising over the mountain tops and then casting
a warm glow on the constantly moving clouds.

Bright sunshine,not too cold, deer in the yard, birds at the feeder, a good day to be outside ! What happened to NOAA yesterday ? I had the hatches all battened(?) down and the strongest gust we had was 9 mph ! That is quite all right with me though, because I really do not like too much wind. And if you could see the huge Ponderosa Pine tree behind the Goldrushcam Headquarters you would know why !!! What happened to Denver ? I guess the Steelers were just the hungrier team yesterday. I hope nobody lost too much money, anyway they say better luck next time ! Okay now I change my pick for Super Bowl Winner to the Steelers bacause I like Jerome's mom !
