A doe takes a moment out for rest and relaxation.
Now if only that picture taking guy would
leave me alone !

Author Message Jerry,Goldrushcam Photographer Posted on Monday, January 30, 2006 - 11:45 am:    With about fourteen deer in the yard this morning picture taking opps were everywhere you looked. The fawns now have about half a year behind them in life but are still really leary of me and I still need a telephoto lens for them. But the does are fine with me but do keep an eye on me when I am around them. The bucks are getting into all their posturing now, acting like the king of the land as they butt heads with each other. Other times being very gentle with the ladies as they drop their heads and extend their necks out to the female who sometimes respects the advance and other times gets that could not care less attitude.
