The above wall is dismantled in the above photo from earthquakes? farm equipment? Who knows? But it shows the size of rocks that had to be moved and lifted into position. It was hard back breaking work and remember the summer temps reach into the high 90's, low 100's with no iced drinks. The stream in the top photo may even dry up in the summer. These photos were taken near Hornitos,California a few days ago on one of the sunny April days we have had !
