The Mariposa County Unemployment rate for September 2006 stood at 4.1%. A drop of 0.0% from the August report and also .4% down from September of 2005.

The State of California unemployment rate for September was 4.6% a drop of .3% from the August report and a .3% drop from September 2005.

The United States unemployment rate for September was 4.4% a drop of a .2% drop from August and .4% drop from September 2005.
