California settled in the1850's by people that opened business's knowing that there "gold" was in supplying the thousands of miners with all
there provisional supplies. Oakhurst located on Highway 41 is on the way to Yosemite. Also a person can take a left turn at
Highway 49 in Oakhurst and make there way over to the other goldrush towns north of Oakhurst. The talking bear in
