Creating a budget is for many people a “love/hate” relationship said Edward Azul,
branch manager of the Golden 1 Credit Union branch in Oakhurst.

“It’s that way even for me.  However, through my own personal and professional experiences over the
years, I have developed some best practices to help people create and stay on a budget,” he added.

On Saturday, July 21, 2018, Azul will share some of those best practices at a free workshop at the Oakhurst Branch
Library called “Budgeting 101.” The workshop is scheduled from 10:30 A.M. to 12:00 noon at the library...

Thoroughly Modern Millie- Our Teen Summer Workshop

Friday, July 20 at 7:00 P.M.
Saturday, July 21
 at 7:00 P.M.
Sunday, July 22 at 2:00 P.M.

Performed by our GCT's Teen Summer Workshop Students. It’s 1922 in New York City,
and a young Millie Dillmount has just moved to the Big Apple in search of a new life.
Her grand plan is to find a job as a secretary for a wealthy man and then marry him.
However, her plan goes completely awry. Millie’s wealthy boss is slow in proposing marriage, and the man she
actually falls in love with doesn't have a dime to his name – or so he tells her.  What’s a small town girl to do?
Rated G. Directed by Michael VanBuren.
