I wish to express my deep appreciation to those who have offered such kindness, support, and messages of sympathy of comfort at this time.  I especially want to thank: Dana Nolen, Dr. Rogers and the nurses and support staff of John C. Freemont, Ewing Wing, for the loving care and kindness during Manuel’s stay.  I also want to thank Father Stephen Bulfer, friends, neighbors and parishioners of St. Joseph Catholic Church for their support, prayers and love.  I thank Anna Gonzalez for the beautiful memorial display in Manuel’s honor. To Pioneer Market and the American Legion Auxiliary many thanks for the beautiful flowers.  To the California V.F.W. Honor Guard, much thanks for honoring Manuel’s military services to this country.
