During the evening hours a suspicious vehicle was noticed on Bull Creek Road.
An assault was reported from Bear Valley Road.
During the later evening hours the caller from Chamberlain Road reported hearing tractor noise.

The caller from Mercado Street reported an emaciated dog.
During the late evening hours a loose horse was wandering around on Cuneo Road.
The caller from Triangle Road had unwanted cats.
During the Midnight hour the caller from Tip Top Road reported hearing a shot fired.
Vandalism was reported from the Art Park.
An assault and battery report was called in from the Mariposa Middle School and the Elementary School.
During the afternoon hours a suspicious vehicle was noticed on Apperson Mine Road and also during the afternoon hours suspicious circumstances were taking place on McMahon Road.

One reported accident in the county yesterday and that accident took place during the afternoon hours on 49 South near Tip Top Road.
A tortoise was found on West Whitlock Road.
The caller from Sierra Drive reported an aggressive dog.
The caller from Stroming Road reported a lost puppy.
During the later morning hours a tree was blocking the Foresta Road.
Littering occurred on Hites Cove Road.
During the afternoon hours a suspicious person was observed in the area of Barrett Cove and later on Ben Hur Road suspicious circumstances were taking place and on the Apperson Mine Road.
Two parking violations were reported yesterday with the first violation occurring at the Human Services Building and later at the Grizzly Stadium.

During the evening hours a mountain lion was noticed on Crystal Cove Lane.
During the early afternoon hours suspicious circumstances were taking place on East Whitlock Road and later during the evening hours on the Mariposa Creek Walkway.
An assault and battery was reported from Old Highway North Road.
The caller from Telegraph Road reported an abandoned vehicle.

One reported fire/smoke call in the county yesterday as the caller from Cuneo Road reported the smell of smoke during the afternoon hours.
One reported accident in the county yesterday and that accident took place during the evening hours near the 140 and Triangle Road that also involved property damage.
It was dogs versus chickens on Boyer Road.
A sick puppy was noticed on Ponderosa Way.
Two lost dogs were reported from Meadow Lane and a large male Australian Shepherd was lost somewhere between Woodland and Sonora.
The caller from Hites Cove Road reported that someone stole the car keys.
A possible pipe bomb was found at Temperance Cove.
During the evening hours suspicious circumstances were occurring on the Harris Cut-Off Road.

Four reported accidents in the county yesterday with the first accident occurring on Triangle Road during the very early morning hours.
(CHP log had it listed as a truck hit a tree with the occupants outside of the vehicle when responders arrived. At least one person was Medi-Flighted to Modesto.)
The second reported accident occurred on the 41 near Fish Camp during the afternoon hours. The third reported accident also occurring during the afternoon hours took place on Bear Valley Road. The fourth reported accident took place during the late evening hours on 49 South near Mariposa where a vehicle tangled with a deer.
Loose dogs were all over the county yesterday from the Rite Aid Store to Usona Road to the Midpines Store and over on Fournier Road.
A stray dog that was wandering around Mark Lee Road was sent to Impound.
A rattlesnake was on Rocky Hollow Road.
Two sets of keys were found on the 49 near Mariposa.
The caller from Highway 49 North near Coulterville reported ongoing vandalism.

Multiple fires were reported in the county yesterday with the first reported call coming in during the afternoon hours from Foresta Road where a tree was smoldering. The next few fire calls may have all been referring to the Branch 2 Fire. The second reported fire was from Glacier Point Road during the afternoon hours and a few minutes after that the beginning of the Branch 2 Fire began as a call came in from Alta Vista Road and then French Camp and from the Long Ranch.
(10:17 P.M. on 9/9/11, According to CalFire the 'Branch 2 Fire' is still burning, out near Foran Road and Alta Vista Road with crews staying through the night to get it under control. The fire is at 40 acres with 60% containment.)
Two reported accidents in the county yesterday with the first reported accident occurring at the County Jail during the morning hours. The second reported accident took place during the afternoon hours on 49 North near Schilling Road where a motorcycle was down on the road.
A dog was reported to be in distress on Colorado Road.

One reported fire in the county yesterday and that fire was reported as a tree that fell on the Incline Road in the Merced River Canyon during the late evening hours that had the roots on fire.

Two reported accidents in the county yesterday and the first accident was reported during the afternoon hours at the Mariposa County High School. The second reported accident occurred during the evening hours on 5th Street in Mariposa.
The caller from Rancheria Creek Road reported a lost dog.
Loose dogs were out running around on Snow Creek Fall Road and on Bear Creek Drive.
Abandoned cats were discovered on Ganns Corral Road and kittens were also found on Carleton Road and 49 North.

Two reported accidents in the county yesterday and the first accident occurred during the evening hours on Silva Road. The second reported accident, also during the evening hours, occurred on the 140 near Trower Road where a vehicle tangled with a cow.

During the Midnight hour a rattlesnake was doing something or other according to the caller from Alta Vista Road and a rattler was also on Moss Creek Lane.
A small stray puppy that was wandering around Red Cloud Mine Road was sent to Impound and a stray dog on Quail Ridge Road was sent to Impound.
During the Midnight hour suspicious circumstances were noticed at the Art Park.
Vandalism was reported from Silva Road and a vehicle was vandalized at the high school in Mariposa.
Someone had been trespassing on 49 North near Mount Bullion.
A scam was reported by the caller from Cornetts Entrance Road and a possible scam was reported from Darrah Road.
Someone's property was found on Darrah Road.
Some jerk dumped their junk on Dogtown Road.
The caller from French Camp Road reported that someone was shooting unsafely during the evening hours.
Petty theft from the Pioneer Market had someone going to the pokey for awhile.
Someone who was reportedly drunk in public at the Fairgrounds was sent to the Cooler for a few hours.
Also during the very late evening hours someone was refusing to leave the area near the Amigo Stage at the Fairgrounds.

Five fellows and three ladies were booked yesterday in the county under lock and key for various offenses including DUI, Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, Disorderly Conduct, Felon/Etc in Possession of a firearm and Child Cruelty.

Out on Usona Road a landlord and a tenant were having problems.
The caller from Main Street in Coulterville reported a suspicious vehicle during the afternoon hours and during the evening hours suspicious circumstances were occurring on Triangle Road.
A gate was vandalized on Hunters Valley Road.
On Sierra Drive someone was operating a dirt bike on the roadway.
