The 21st annual Gold Rush Show and Sale, sponsored by the Sierra Artists’ Gallery of Mariposa begins Monday, October 23rd and concludes with an Artist Awards reception at the gallery on Sunday, November 5th, from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M.
Artists from the Sierras and Central Valley are invited to submit their creations, application, and fee to the gallery on Thursday, October 19th through Saturday, October 21st at the gallery from 11:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. See call to artists flyer (below) for full information. The Sierra Artists’ Gallery is located on the corner of Hwy 140 and 6th Street in Mariposa.
This is a juried art exhibition with cash awards in four subject areas, any media: Earthscape, People and Portraits, Animal, and Still Life. There are two media classes on any subject in 3 Dimensional and Photography. Awards are also given for Best of Show and People’s Choice.
