Enjoy pancakes and eggs at the Old School House in Historic Coulterville, located at the corner of Broadway and Cemetery Streets. on Sunday, September 11th from 8 to 11 a.m.  If you are not a museum member, join that morning and your meal is “on the house".  Members, be sure and get your annual discount!

Not only is breakfast a great value - a generous serving of eggs, ham or sausage, “all-you-can-eat” pancakes, fresh fruit and beverage for only $5.00 for adults, $3.00 for children or a family “package” for $15.00 (2 adults & 2 children), but you are helping fund Coulterville’s museum at the same time!  (Did you know, we had our first visitor from Fiji recently…just one of the nearly 2000 visitors this past year!)  The proceeds of these monthly breakfasts are used to maintain and operate the History Center, located at the intersection of Hwys. 49 and 132 (base of the John Muir Route). The museum is open Wednesday through Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., so why not add a stop there after breakfast!?!

There is a free drawing for a complimentary breakfast held each month and raffle tickets for a terrific assortment of items that you can win on the spot.  The NMCHC was established as a 501c3 charitable organization in 1976 with the History Center opening to the public in 1980.  Visited by thousands each year, including international travelers from around the world, the various displays and photos provide an authentic glimpse of the life and times of the pioneers who helped settle the area in the early 1800’s and those who traveled west during the 1849 California goldrush.  Memberships and volunteer opportunities are available, including helping serve breakfast occasionally!  Call 209-878-3015 for more information or check out our website at: CoultervilleHistoryCenter.org.
