 No reported fires in the county yesterday.
 One reported accident in the county yesterday and that accident occurred on Ben Hur Road near 49 South during the afternoon hours.
 An injured goose was at the middle school.
 A dog was lost on Colorado Road.
 During the early morning hours a suspicious vehicle was observed on Whitlock Road.
 Someone was making threats out on Dogtown Road.
 Cruelty to animals was reported from Baja Tacos in Mariposa.
 (No comment!)
 Someone at the Mariposa Elementary School had a toy gun.
 Someone's property was found on 10th Street.
 Fraud was also reported from 10th Street.
 The caller from Usona Road reported the theft of mail.
 During the evening hours a suspicious person was observed on Old Highway North Road.
 One fellow and one lady were booked yesterday in the county under lock and key for various offenses including Drivers License Suspended and Possessing/Manufacturing/Selling Dangerous Weapons/Etc.

Monday November 29, 2010
 No reported fires in the county yesterday.
 One reported accident in the county yesterday and that accident took place during the evening hours on the 140 near El Portal where a truck was on its roof along with minor reported injuries.
 Four to five cats were out on Scrubby Oak Road.
 A dog and seven pups were found out on East Westfall Road.
 (Possibly the dog with all the puppies in the Impounded Animal column)
 Vandalism and petty theft were reported from Woodland Elementary School.
 Petty theft was also reported from Pendola Gardens Road and 10th Street in Mariposa.
 The caller from Allen Court reported a scam.
 A room at the Comfort Inn was reported to have been burglarized.
 During the afternoon hours suspicious circumstances were occurring over on Usona Road.
 The caller from Smith Road reported a fake check.
 Two fellows and one lady were booked yesterday in the county under lock and key for various offenses including Drivers License Suspended, Force and Fail to Appear after a Written Promise.

 One reported fire that was smoldering call was reported in the county yesterday and that call came in from Boyer Road about a tree that was smoldering during the later morning hours.
 No reported accidents in the county yesterday.
 The caller from Whitmore Drive had concerns about the welfare of a horse.
 It was a dog day in Mariposa County yesterday.
 A loose dog was running around Dogtown Road.
 A stray puppy was on Triangle Park Road.
 Dogs were contained on Zelma Road.
 A dog was reported as missing from the 140 near Mariposa.
 Two fellows were booked yesterday in the county under lock and key for various offenses including Selling Marijuana and Kidnapping.

Saturday November 27, 2010
 One reported fire in the county yesterday and that fire was on Red Cloud Mine Road during the morning hours.
 No reported accidents in the county yesterday.
 A resident on Leonard Road has lost their Australian Shepherd.
 A trespassing report was filed from Bear Valley Road.
 During the afternoon hours livestock were creating a hazard out on Dogtown Road.
 A burglary was reported from Ben Hur Road.
 During the very early morning hours a noise complaint from somewhere on the 140 near Mariposa resulted in someone going to the pokey for awhile.
 Two fellows and one lady were booked yesterday in the county under lock and key for various offenses including Disorderly Conduct, Obstructing/Etc. a Public Officer/Etc. and Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance.

Friday November 26, 2010
 One reported fire call in the county yesterday and that call came in during the evening hours from Oak Grove Road where a residential fire alarm went off.
 Multiple reported traffic accidents in the county yesterday. One of the accidents occurred during the morning hours on the 41 near Fish Camp.  Another accident was reported on the 140 down at Briceburg during the afternoon hours that also involved property damage as a vehicle came to rest high centered on the embankment. The CHP reported an accident on the 41 near Fish Camp during the noon hour that had traffic backed up from the Park to Fish Camp with some people driving in the opposite lane. Also traffic was reported to be backed up in the Park one to two miles. Chain controls were going to go up at either Tenaya Lodge or Sugar Pine. Another reported accident took place on Triangle Road near the Jerseydale Road during the early afternoon hours that involved two vehicles with one of the vehicles rolling over. There were no reported injuries in that accident. Another accident was reported somewhere  in Mariposa County that involved an SUV during the afternoon hours with no reported injuries.
 A dead goat was on Ranchito Drive.
 A stray dog that was running around Stumpfield Mountain Road was sent to Impound.
 A lost dog was reported from Oak Road.
 A burglary was reported on Sierra Vista Way.
 Petty theft was called in from Scott Road.
 Suspicious circumstances were taking place on East Whitlock Road during the afternoon hours.
 The caller from Granite Springs Road called in to say they will be target shooting.
 On 49 North a door was reported open.
 Vandalism was reported from Darrah Road.
 A couple of neighbors on the 49 were not quite getting along with each other.
 The caller from Ernst Road reported attempted fraud.
 Someone was trespassing in Fish Camp.
 Skateboarding was taking place behind the 49er Club.
 One fellow was booked yesterday in the county under lock and key for various offenses including Possession of Marijuana.

Thursday November 25, 2010
 No reported fires in the county yesterday.
 One reported accident in the county yesterday and that accident occurred during the afternoon hours as a horse tangled with a vehicle on 49 North near Mariposa.
 Out on Bonds Flat Road near the 132, someone's dogs decided to have fun chasing cars and were creating a hazard.
 Someone lost their wallet between Los Banos and Yosemite.
 During the evening hours the caller from Bullion Street reported that someone was overdue.
 Also during the evening hours suspicious circumstances were observed on the 140 near Mariposa.
 The Fuel Pumps were down in Coulterville.
 No one was booked yesterday in the county under lock and key as everyone was enjoying Thanksgiving!

Wednesday November 24, 2010
 One reported fire in the county yesterday and that fire was an unattended burn pile on Old Highway Road during the afternoon hours.
 A few reported traffic accidents in the county yesterday with the CHP reporting a vehicle on South 49 near Stumpfield Mountain Road during the very early morning hours that looked like it had been involved in an accident.  Two traffic accidents took place during the noon hour with the first accident on the 132 near Greeley Hill and the second accident on Smith Station Road. The fourth accident of the day was on the 41 during the afternoon hours near Fish Camp that involved property damage.
 Cattle were missing from Blue Oak Ridge Road.
 The caller from Elizabeth Lane reported a lost dog.
 A puppy was lost on Holtzel Road.
 During the early evening hours an abandoned UPS truck was reported from the Jerseydale Fire Station.
 A landlord and a tenant were not quite seeing eye to eye on Triangle Road.
 During the later evening hours an assault and battery was reported from Hospital Road.
 Nine shots were hear on Parambelle Road during the late evening hours.

 Just before Midnight three suspicious vehicles were reported on the CYA Road.
 Two fellows and two ladies were booked yesterday in the county under lock and key for various offenses including Probation Violation, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance.

Tuesday November 23, 2010
 No reported fires in the county yesterday.
 Three reported accidents in the county yesterday with the first accident taking place
 during the later morning hours on the 140 near Mariposa. The second accident occurred during the noon hour where a vehicle was over the embankment on the Greeley Hill Road. The third accident took place during the evening hours on 49 South near Triangle Road that was described as a head on that involved major injuries.
 The caller from Zelma Way reported a missing dog.
 The welfare of someone's dogs on Ponderosa Way was a concern to the caller.
 Six confined goats were on Granite Springs Road.
 A horse was reported stolen from the 140 in Cathey's Valley.
 During the very early morning hours a suspicious person was on the 132 near Lake Don Pedro.
 A resident on Pond's Way reported receiving unwanted calls.
 Someone on Silva Road had a knife.
 During the afternoon hours suspicious circumstances were taking place on Pine Street.
 The caller from Hite's Cove Road reported being harassed during the evening hours.
 Power lines were reported down on Speckled Court.
 Three fellows were booked yesterday in the county under lock and key for various offenses including Drivers License Suspended and Hunting with an Artificial Light.

Monday November 22, 2010
 No reported fires in the county yesterday.
 One reported accident in the county yesterday and that accident occurred during the later morning hours on Old Highway Road.
 Trees were on power lines on Stout Lane and Hite's Cove Road.
 A mountain lion was sighted at Idle Wheels Mobile Home Park in Mariposa.
 A black lab was reported as missing from Allred Road.
 A truant was observed on 7th Street.
 (Was school  in session yesterday?)
 Vandalism was reported from 49 North.
 During the afternoon hours suspicious circumstances were taking place on Ernst Road.
 A Pine tree was 'steaming 'on Meadow Lane.
 One lady was booked yesterday in the county under lock and key for various offenses including Child Cruelty, Threatening a Crime and Driving Without a License.

Sunday November 21, 2010
 Accidents and fires that were reported in the county yesterday will be combined with the weather related calls as some of the fire calls were weather related.
 Trees were down all over the county yesterday, including the following roads: Fiske, East Westfall, Jerseydale Road, the 140 in Cathey's Valley,  the 140 by Mariposa, the 140 in Midpines, East Whitlock, Harris Cut-Off, Carleton, Triangle, Montana Del Oro, Brooks, Pilot Peak, Clouds Rest, Silva, Pine and Dexter.
 Power lines that were reported down or had some other problem were on the following roads: Triangle, Darrah, Aurora, East Whitlock, Harris Cut-Off, Pine Top, Clouds Rest, Tip Top, Triangle and Banderilla.
 Plows were requested for the Greeley Hill area and East Whitlock Road.
 Vehicles were stuck in the snow on Darrah Road and accidents with property damage were reported on the 140 near Mariposa and on Ben Hur Road.
 A rockslide was reported on 49 North near Bear Valley,
 A fire was reported in the Mount Bullion area of the county during the evening hours.
 The caller from Dogtown Road reported two cows in the yard.
 At two in the morning someone who was drunk in public at the Miners Inn lobby was sent to the cooler for awhile.
 A cell phone was found at the Post Office in Mariposa.
 During the afternoon hours someone was trespassing on Granite Springs Road.
 Three fellows were booked yesterday in the county under lock and key for various offenses including DUI, Disorderly Conduct and Battery on a Spouse/Ex-Spouse/Date/etc.

Saturday November 20, 2010
 No reported accidents or fires in the county yesterday as everyone was being extra careful.
 A vicious dog was out on Ben Hur Road.
 A stray kitten on Carleton Road was sent to Impound.
 (Warm and dry in Impound!)
 At four in the morning the CYA Camp on Mount Bullion requested a snow plow.
 And just before Midnight a request came in for a plow on the 140 on the Guadalupe Grade.
 Stranded citizens were in the Nellie Falls area of the county.
 During the afternoon hours a physical disturbance was reported from the Grizzly Stadium.
 The caller from Cole Road reported a stolen vehicle.
 Two fellows and two ladies were booked yesterday in the county under lock and key for various offenses including Concealed Weapon in a Vehicle, Battery on a Spouse/Ex-Spouse/Date/etc. Disorderly Conduct and False Imprisonment.

Friday November 19, 2010
 No reported fires in the county yesterday.
 One reported accident in the county yesterday and that accident was reported during the afternoon hours on 49 North near Smith Road that involved property damage.
 The CHP reported an accident during the same time frame on 49 North near French Camp Road where someone hit a deer that involved no injuries to the occupants of the vehicle.
 A dead cat was on Coakley Circle.
 Stray cows were in a residents yard on Silver Lane.
 During the Midnight hour the caller from Circle Drive reported hearing loud noises.

 During the very early morning hours a burglary was reported from Piney Creek Road.
 Someone was making threats on Penon Blanco Road.
 Suspicious circumstances were occurring on Banderilla Drive during the morning hours.
 During the evening hours a possible prowler was on Fiske Road.
 A cat bite report was filed from Hospital Road.

 A hazard was reported from the Jeffery Hotel just before noon.

 One fire/smoke call in the county yesterday and that call came in from Parambelle Road where the caller reported seeing smoke during the afternoon hours.
 No reported accidents in the county yesterday.
 A barking dog on Scott Road had the neighbors fed up.
 The caller from Allred Road reported that cows were in her yard.

 Vandalism was reported from Forest Lane.
 During the early morning hours suspicious circumstances were reported from the Midpines area and then during the noon hour from Pacific Bars Road.
 Theft of metal was reported from Gold Leaf Drive.
 Some fool dumped their junk out on Old Toll Road.
 An unwanted solicitor was out on Yosemite Oaks Road.

 One reported fire in the county yesterday and that fire was reported as an illegal burn on Old Highway Road during the afternoon hours.
 No reported accidents in the county yesterday.
 Loose wild dogs were running around on Detwiller Road and two loose dogs that were on Hornitos Road were sent to Impound.
 A loose Chihuahua on Saint Andrews Road was also sent to Impound.
 A bear was causing problems on Henness Circle.
 A burglary was reported on the 140 near Mariposa and on Triangle Road.
 Four fellows were booked yesterday in the county under lock and key for various offenses including DUI and Unlawfully Taking a Bird/Etc.

 One reported accident in the county yesterday and that accident took place
 on Highway 49 North near Bagby during the afternoon hours with no reported injuries.
 An alpaca was being a hazard on the 132 near Coulterville.
 A Corgi that was captured on Maravilla Drive was sent to Impound.
 Fraud was reported from the Harris Cut-Off Road.
 During the Midnight hour an accidental overdose was reported from Sierra Drive.
 Theft of wood was reported from Totokon Road.
 During the afternoon hours a caller reported possible theft at the Darrah Road Schoolhouse.
 During the early evening hours a suspicious vehicle was observed on Oak Road.
 Suspicious circumstances were taking place on Trower Road.
 A LOUD party was reported from the Jerseydale Heliport area.

 The caller from Banderilla Drive reported a stray horse on their property.
 Someone on Wilbur's Way was receiving harassing phone calls.
 A call came in from Lookout Mountain Road about a lost wallet.
 A verbal dispute on Holtzel Road during the afternoon hours had someone going to the pokey for awhile.

 One reported accident in the county yesterday and that accident took place during the evening commute hours on 49 South near Brooks Road where someone struck a cow with no reported injuries.

 During the early morning hours a suspicious vehicle was observed on Lake Hill Road.
 Someone who was trespassing on Crown Lead Road was given a free ride to the Mariposa County Jail.

 One reported fire in the county yesterday and that fire was called in during the later afternoon hours from Whitlock Road where a fire was burning on the side of the road.

 The caller from Usona Road and Hite's Cove Road reported being harassed.

 One reported fire/smoke call in the county yesterday and that call came in during the later morning hours from Triangle Road where the caller reported seeing smoke.
 No reported accidents in the county yesterday.
 A dog that was found on Hornitos Road was sent to Impound.
 At the Cornetts Entrance Road a neighbor had an issue with another neighbor.
 Just before noon someone was trespassing on Henness Circle.
 The Top Shoppe reported the theft of clothes.
 The caller from Meadow Lane reported fraud.
 During the evening hours an assault and battery was reported from Bear Valley Road.
 Closing in on the Midnight hour suspicious circumstances were taking place on East Westfall Road.

 One fire was reported in the county yesterday and that fire was reported as a burn pile on Triangle Road during the evening hours.
 One accident was reported in the county yesterday and that accident was a single vehicle roll over on the 140 at the County line during the afternoon hours.
 A bear was in the yard of a home on Henness Circle.
 Loose aggressive dogs were out on Colorado Road.
 The caller from Our Lady Lane had a concern about too many dogs.
 Petty theft was reported from the 49'er Center.
 During the later morning hours a suspicious person was observed on Clouds Rest Road.
 Someone abandoned their trailers on Sherlock Road.
 During the evening hours someone was being harassed out on Usona Road.
 And Finally, Loose cows were out milling around Laura Lee's Auto Sales during the Midnight hour.
 (Wonder if they noticed the cowhide in some of the vehicles?)

Sunday November 7, 2010
 No reported fires in the county yesterday.
 Three reported accidents in the county yesterday with the first two taking place during the morning hours. The first accident was on Old Highway South Road near Highway 49 South that involved a truck with no reported injuries according to the CHP. The second reported accident occurred on 49 South near Varain Road that involved two vehicles with no reported injuries. The third reported accident took place out on Merced Falls Road during the afternoon hours that also involved property damage.
 During the morning hours seven cows were out walking on Old Highway Road towards Highway 49 South.
 (Heading to the Super Bowl at the Fairgrounds?)
 An injured bobcat was noticed on the 140 near Mariposa.
 Suspicious circumstances were reported from the Super 8 Motel during the afternoon hours.
 Rocks were reported on 49 South and on Wass Road.
 Someone was making threats on Greeley Hill Road.
 And Finally, During the evening hours a call came in about a dead cow on 49 South.

 One fire was reported in the county yesterday and that fire was called in during the evening hours from Buckeye Road where vegetation was burning and consumed around a half acre before being contained
 One accident was reported in the county yesterday and that accident occurred during the late morning hours on Bullion Street and was described as minor.
 During the early morning hours cows were out mingling around on Old Highway Road.
 Quads were out on Ashworth Road during the evening hours.
 During the later morning hours the caller from Mariposa Creek Road reported hearing shots being fired.
 A citizen arrest was performed on Indian Peak Road.
 Trespassing was reported on Jones Street and Henness Ridge Road.
 During the evening hours threats were being made on Hirsch Road.
 Just before Midnight a LOUD party was reported on the 140 near El Portal.

Friday November 5, 2010
 No reported accidents or fires in the county yesterday.
 A stray horse was out wandering around on Boyer Road.
 A call came in about starving horses on Lozano Street.
 A couple of neighbors were having problems on Lozano Street.
 During the morning commute hours a motorist was stranded on the Bagby Grade.
 Someone was trespassing on Henness Ridge Road.
 A burglary on 49 North during the afternoon hours had two individuals going to the pokey.
 The caller from Country Court needed advice.

 During the later afternoon hours someone was reported to be drunk in public on Coakley Circle.
 A domestic dispute on Triangle Road had someone going to the pokey to cool off.
 And Finally, During the later evening hours the caller from Bullion Street reported several unruly guests.

 One reported fire in the county yesterday and that fire was reported as a campfire during the evening hours on 49 North.
 One reported accident in the county yesterday and that accident occurred during the late evening hours near the intersection of Bear Valley Road and Hunters Valley Road where someone wrapped a vehicle around a tree with resulting minor injuries.
 The caller from Indian Peak Road reported two lost 'tame' pigs.
 Rocks were reported on the 140 near El Portal during the morning commute hours.
 Possible fraud was reported from Yosemite Bank.
 Someone had a weapon at the Mariposa Elementary School.
 The caller from Usona Road had concerns about the welfare of an animal.
 A iPod was reported lost in Mariposa.
 (Wonder if this ties into yesterday's report of a stolen iPod in Mariposa?)
 And Finally, During the evening hours out on 49 North near Bear Valley someone had a campfire burning and was talking LOUD.

 Two reported accidents in the county yesterday with the first accident
 occurring during the very early morning hours on Yaqui Gulch Road near Guadalupe Mountain Road where one vehicle hit a tree stump while another vehicle hit a rock according to the CHP. The second reported accident took place on the 140 at the County line with no reported injuries according to the CHP.
 A kitten was found on Live Oak Road.
 Three cattle were reported lost out on Dogtown Road.
 Grand theft was reported from Oak Road.
 Vandalism was reported from Snyder Ridge Road.
