March 5, 2026 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that the Missing Persons Unit investigators are asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person, Stacey Citizen. She is a 56-year-old Black female who was last seen on March 1, 2026, at 12:00 p.m., on the 16400 block of Woodruff Avenue, in the city of Bellflower.     

Ms. Citizen is 4’08” tall, 110 lbs. with short gray hair and brown eyes. Her last worn clothing is unknown.

Ms. Citizen has health conditions and she uses a wheelchair. Her family is concerned for his well-being and they are asking for the public's help.
