July 24, 2026 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that the Missing Persons Unit investigators are asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person Rubin Aldin Williams. He is a 78-year-old male Black adult who was last seen on July 22, 2026, at approximately 3:00 p.m., on the 1000 block of West Carson Street, in the unincorporated county area of Torrance.  

Mr. Williams is 6’00” tall, 200 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing a red shirt, black pants and red shoes.

Mr. Williams has a neurocognitive disorder and health condition. His family is concerned for his well-being.
