Silver Alert Issued for Missing 81-Year-Old Woman 

September 24, 2026 – Los Angeles, CA – Los Angeles Police Department officials report that the family of Patricia Powell, along with the Los Angeles Police Department, are seeking the public’s help in locating her.

On September 22, 2026, around 4:00 p.m., 81-year-old Patricia Powell, was last seen near the 3700 block of West 27th Street. Patricia Powell suffers from Dementia and a medical condition and in need of her medication.

Patricia Powell is described as a Black female, bald, brown eyes, stands 5 feet 9 inches and weighs around 163 pounds. She was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants, and beige shoes, thin build.
