July 9, 2018 - Soroptimist International of Mariposa held their annual Installation of Officers event on June 10, 2018 at the home of member Gwen Nitta.  This year’s theme was “An Elegant Affair.”  
Soroptimist installation 2018Oralee Phillips will hold the office of President for the 2018-2019 term.  The other 2018-2019 Officers are as follows:  President-Elect Christy Wall; Treasurer Beverly Suggs; Assistant Treasurer Karen Verdugo; Secretary Tracy Dedore; Assistant Secretary Sue Weihe; One-Year Director Sandy Semtner; Two-Year Directors Debbie Lester and Jane Burdick; One-Year Delegate Jenifer Canter; and Two-Year Delegate Patricia Wight.  Members Debbie Lester, Beverly Suggs and Anita Starchman Bryant received special recognition for their past contributions.  Barbara Parker-Darragh was acknowledged as a “Charter Member” and Elna Philbert as a “Member of Long Standing.”
