Proposed De-energization – Sunday, October 25 at 8:00 P.M. – 11:59 P.M. (10/25 2000-2359.)
Estimated Restoration Timing – Tuesday, October 27 at 12:00 P.M. – 3:59 P.M. (10/27 1200-1559.)
