At-Risk Missing Juvenile from Bakersfield 

March 18, 2024 - Kern County Sheriff’s Office officials report that the Sheriff's office is requesting your assistance in location of missing 11-year-old juvenile Ryder Rene Garcia, a White female 5'06, 120 lbs., brown hair, green eyes.

The juvenile was last seen on Sunday around 2:00 A.M. (0200 hours) wearing a dark colored shirt, tan sweatpants with a "minion" graphic, and was barefoot.
