April 20, 2026 – Mariposa County Library officials announce that they are excited to team up with John C. Fremont Hospital Foundation to host a special event on two nights.

As part of Hospital Week 2026, we have a community card writing event to help thank our frontline rural healthcare workers at the John C. Fremont Healthcare District, with handwritten cards.

Two sessions will take place. One is Tuesday, April 21, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Library's Community Room (bookstore). The second is Saturday, April 25 from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., also in the Community Room.

It is free to attend and supplies will be provided.

Stop by to have some fun and show gratitude for healthcare workers.
